KANO State Government ensures measures are taken to promote accountability and transparency in the receipts and usage of funds to provide optimal services and ensure judicious usage of available resources. In order to achieve these objectives, the following strategies will be implemented to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and transparency in the utilization and allocations of resources. The State Cash Management Strategy is to provide an initial basis for the expanding and augmenting some of the current reforms particularly with respect to approved Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), budget profiling, annual cash plans as well as to pursuit the Treasury Single Account Policy
